A great day yesterday at The Edinburgh Futures Institute as our youth work team, workers from other youth organisations, Police, and school practitioners got together to celebrate the launch of the “No Knives Better Lives” Toolkit.
This is packed with activities to engage young people, training, resources, and community‑based interventions to promote safer choices and reduce weapon-related harm – knowledge that will help our team, and all involved, better equipped to help young people make safer choices!
We also got far too into the role playing aspect of the day – some of us would pass Nat 5 drama no problem – but it made for a fun day!
